Meet Robin Lee
For more than 25 years, I've helped individuals, families, seniors, and business owners navigate insurance decisions that can sometimes feel unnecessarily complicated.
I founded RLee Insurance Solutions with a simple philosophy: insurance should start with understanding the person, family, or business—not with choosing a product. My role is to help you understand your options, how they fit together, and the potential consequences of the decisions you make.
As an independent insurance professional, I'm able to work with a variety of carriers and solutions. That allows our conversations to begin with what you need, rather than what a particular insurance company wants to sell.
Just as important, when you work with RLee Insurance Solutions, you're working with me. I believe long-term relationships, personal service, and being available when questions arise are every bit as important as helping you choose the right coverage in the first place.

Beyond the Office
Insurance may be what I do for a living, but it's certainly not all that defines me.
I'm a mother and grandmother of 16, an avid runner, and a longtime martial artist whose years in the sport eventually led to induction into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Staying active, setting new goals, and challenging myself have always been an important part of my life.
Away from work, I'm just as happy getting my hands dirty. I live in an 1897 brick farmhouse in rural Indiana, where there's almost always another project waiting. I enjoy gardening, spending time outdoors, and collecting and working with antique tractors.
I believe the best business relationships begin when we get to know each other as people. So when we sit down to talk about insurance, don't be surprised if the conversation occasionally wanders into family, running, gardens, old houses—or tractors.
